We Charge Less Than Other Firms

To show our confidence in our ability to be successful when petitioning the I-140 cases, we offer an “Approval or No Fee” service, whereby in the event that the petition is denied by the USCIS, a 100% refund of the immigration attorneys fees is given.

However, in some cases we cannot offer “Approval or No Fee” Services but we offer “regular service”.

We charge less than fifty percent of the attorney fees if the case does not result in approval. It is our firm’s belief that we are not entitled to and did not earn the full attorney fees if the petition does not receive approval from the USCIS!
This fee structure is specifically defined in our attorney-client contract and is legally binding for our law firm. We are proud to disclose that in the year 2017, we received 98% approval rate.
